A speaking offered to European young people

In 2012, sixteen young Bulgarians and French people found themselves in Bulgaria and realized six short films, with a collective of film-makers, from the themes which they wished to approach.
In 2013, it is thus twelve young Bulgarians, Croats and Frenchs, three European partners and an artistic partner that participate by chance. They wondered about their place and their role in the European debate In particular towards their first-time voter’s status. This reflection gave rise to several short and moved movies.
